Whaaaaaaatttt!?!?

I was so shocked by the to 4.5lb. weight loss that I actually had to capture it.

Wow!!  What a difference a week makes.  I feel so good and I am moving in the best direction...
of being healthy and strong.

I have learned this past week that exercise is KEY to my weight control. I am so grateful to my morning workout buddy Sherri.  She and I hit the gym 4 days a week at 5:30.  We are so there for one another and I hope we can keep each other strong.  Alex has gotten into the morning routine with us also, so I thank him too.

This is very motivating. 

I need your help if you are reading this.  I am looking for suggestions for goal rewards.  For every 10lbs I lose I want to reward myself....I'm due for a reward!!!! Yea!!

I want to reward schedule and start marking them off.  Please I don't want food rewards, but if that is all you can think of tell me anyway.  I want positive make me feel good that I did it rewards.  Leave me a comment please.

P.S. I need to add Thank you to MFP ladies.  I and completely moved by your support and inspiration.

  1. Yea! So awesome! Congrats. I'm looking forward to the day to losing weight instead of gaining it. And we can run 5k's together! I don't have very creative ideas for rewards. Most of my thinking these days revolves around food. Maybe you can donate money into a pot for something you really want--like a dollar for each pound or something. Love you!
